Important Information for International Customers (USA & Canada)

Thank you for shopping with Mystic Trades! To provide you with the best selection and prices, we utilize a remote storage system for many of our items.

Delivery Timeline:

• Processing & Remote Storage: Please allow 7–14 days for your items to be transferred from our remote storage to our main dispatch center in Norway.
• International Shipping: Once your order has been quality-checked and dispatched from Norway, estimated shipping time is 5–10 business days to the USA and Canada.
• Total Estimated Delivery: You should expect your parcel to arrive within 3–5 weeks from the date of purchase.

Tracking & Safety:

• All international orders are sent via Posten Norge (Bring) with full end-to-end tracking and insurance.
• You will receive your tracking number as soon as the package is dispatched from Norway.

Customs, VAT, and Duties:

• VAT-Free: Orders shipping to the USA and Canada are exempt from Norwegian VAT (25%). This is automatically deducted at checkout.
• Import Duties: Please be aware that your order may be subject to local import taxes and duties (including the 2026 US 10% import surcharge). These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer.
